Mathias Vestergaard (b. 1985) is one of the youngest creative thought leaders in the field of Visual Leadership. His company Ideas Are Nothing works directly with CEOs of startups and major corporations, helping good leaders become great leaders, and making ambitious and transformative ideas real.

He is a featured guest and speaker at international conferences, global summits and symposiums for some of the most ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs. His work has been featured in books on personal branding, and he has been profiled in national newspapers and on radio and television.

As a founding member of Corporate Rebels United, a global movement that includes senior division executives from major international corporations like Alcatel-Lucent and SWIFT, he has set sails to change corporate culture towards more creativity and innovation. A necessity for survival in the 21st century.

While originally from Denmark, him and his wife moved to New York in 2011 and promising that he would continue his work in the same field, he was offered a Green Card.
